Early registration is encouraged, so that delegates can benefit from a lower fee, and to facilitate planning.
Categories of Registration
covers attendance at all 3.5 days of the meeting including all lectures and symposia, refreshments and lunch. It also includes attendance at the Presidents’ Reception and Awards Ceremonies on the evening of Friday 19th June.
DAY REGISTRATION WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY:
covers attendance for one day only including all lectures and symposia, refreshments and lunch. The day rate does NOT include attendance at the Presidents’ reception.
DAY REGISTRATION SATURDAY:
covers attendance for one half day only, including the SFOPOM Pindborg Lecture, the IAOP Clinico-Pathology Conference and the closing ceremony. Refreshments are included but not lunch. Places for this half-day registration are limited.
Additional tickets for the Presidents’ Reception, for day registrants or for guests are available at check-out at the end of the on-line registration process. Limited additional places are available.
IAOP 2020-21 Registration Information
We are very sorry that the IAOP2020 meeting will not go ahead in June 2020.
Registration for 2020 is now closed.
However, we are pleased to be able to tell you that the meeting will now take place in 2021 (June 30 to July 3 2021).
How do I register for IAOP 2021?
Registration for the 2021 meeting will open later in the year - probably in the first week of December 2020. We will keep all members updated by e-mail and on the IAOP social media accounts. Also potential delegates are advised to check for updates on the IAOP meeting website:
What do I do if I have already registered for IAOP 2020?
All registrants should have received an e-mail directly from the conference organisers. But if you have not, please read these guidelines carefully:
YOUR REGISTRATION FEES
You are entitled to a full refund of your registration fee.
However, because we have rearranged the meeting for 2021 we can retain your fee and transfer it to the new meeting. The registration fee for 2021 will increase by up to 10%, but if you choose to transfer your registration we will fix it at the amount you have paid for 2020 (£545 for members and £650 for non-members).
If you choose to request a refund, this will be arranged as soon as possible, but please bear with us while we put the necessary processes into place. Refunds will commence in early May.
We are of course aware that the global situation may not have improved sufficiently by next year for even a 2021 meeting to go ahead. If this is the case and 2021 has to be cancelled, you will still be entitled to a full refund.
